WHO WE ARE

STEP TO CHANGE

Founded in 2011, C4C Community is an initiative whose aim is to provide a channel for young people to give back to the society through providing basic support to children’s homes in Kenya. We provide an avenue for young people to make a difference by volunteering their time and resources for the enrichment of a child’s life. Our team of volunteers stem from different walks of life. This network was developed through leveraging on our community: work, school and family associations.

WHAT WE DO

The C4C community members meet biannually to visit homes within Nairobi. Prior to the scheduled visits, we conduct needs assessment of the homes and mobilise the financial resources. Thereafter, we allocate the funds using a value based approach. On the day, C4C members assemble at the home and spend the day: mentoring, cooking, cleaning and playing with the children.
